I know that many people feel overworked and stressed for the time now. Find little ways to get your exercise in, do twenty sit-ups in the morning before work. Park farther from your building and walk one hundred extra steps into the office. Sit on the floor and do some stretching while you are watching TV in the evening. You need to realize that the excess belly fat is not going away until you make some changes.
