The PGA TOUR has announced a new title sponsor for the tournament formerly known as the Wells Fargo Championship, now renamed the Truist Championship. This prestigious event is traditionally held at the Quail Hollow Club in North Carolina, but for the 2025 tournament, it will be hosted at The Philadelphia Cricket Club’s Wissahickon Course from May 8-11. The tournament will then return to its permanent home at Quail Hollow in 2026. This change is due to Quail Hollow hosting the PGA Championship next year, making it impossible to host both events in the same season.

The Truist Championship is one of eight Signature Events on the PGA TOUR schedule, featuring the TOUR’s top players and offering 700 FedExCup points to the winner.
